A high ranking official of Hong Kong government will arrive at Canada on Monday (Canada time) in a bid to attract more investment.
During his two-day business visit to several Canadian companies, Mike Roswe, director general of Invest Hong Kong, will introduce to them the unique investment opportunities Hong Kong has to offer.
Rowse, who spearheads Hong Kong's inward investment promotion, will visit Montreal on Monday and Toronto on Tuesday as part of his North America business trip.
He will visit such major corporations as Bombardier, Sun Life and Proponix to discuss future investment ventures and brief local companies on the considerable business opportunities currently available in Hong Kong.
Apart from company visits, Rowse will also meet local chapters of the Hong Kong-Canada Business Associations in both cities.
He will leave for United States on Tuesday evening for the same purpose.
