Haier, Sampo, Yageo to Announce Alliance
|

The Chinese mainland's consumer electronics firm Haier Group, Taiwan's Sampo group and Yageo group will announce a strategic alliance on Wednesday.
The alliance will be in areas ranging from distribution to components procurement.
Haier will purchase home appliances from Sampo and electronics components from Yageo and will use Sampo's distribution and maintenance network to penetrate the Taiwan market.
