Chinese President Jiang Zemin arrived in Phnom Penh Monday morning for a state visit at the invitation of Cambodian King Norodom Sihanouk.
Jiang, the first Chinese Head of State to visit the Kingdom of Cambodia since 1963, just set foot on the Cambodian soil to begin his visit.
King Sihanouk hosted a grand ceremony to welcome Jiang and the Chinese delegation.
