World Anti-Stimulant Conference Passed Lausanne Declaration

World Anti-Stimulant Conference has decided to set up officially an independent anti-stimulant organization before Sydney Olympic Games. The IOC is inclined to set up an independent fund represented by various organizations. But different views are still found from different delegations of organizations on time limits going to be set for violators to take part in new contests or events. Some proposed a time limit of two years while others suggested tackling each case individually.
