The Tour de France will start in less than 3 weeks. It's expected that once again, the issue of drugs could dominate this year's Tour. Aside from that, two major storylines will be 7-time winner Lance Armstrong possibly making his return and the Tour's new route.

President Pat McQuaid says that beginning this year, cyclists caught using performance-enhancing drugs will be handed a 4-year ban. The French organizers say they will test all 180 participating cyclists.
