New Jersey Nets forward Yi Jianlian broke his right pinkie in Friday's 104-102 loss to his former team, the Milwaukee Bucks.
He left the court late in the third quarter after injuring his hand. An evaluation after the game revealed that Yi Jianlian had broken his pinky finger. He's the second-year player expected to miss four to six weeks of action. After that Yao Ming sent his best wishes to his compatriot.
Yao Ming, player of Houston Rockets, said, "I hope he has a good rest and relaxes himself. Since the Beijing Olympics, and training for New Jersey's matches, he's had a very busy schedule and hasn't rested for over half a year. Hope he takes this chance to get more rest, and recover soon."
