Over in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, a global exhibition of toys and stationary has gotten underway this week.

The event has attracted more than two thousand toy makers from nearly 40 countries and regions to the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Center.

Most of the participants are small and medium-sized enterprises. The items on display are both modern plastic and fluffy playthings, as well as age-old traditional toys from different cultures.
