Deadly killer wanted

The Ministry of Public Security (MPS)issued a class B warrant for a murder suspect on Tuesday.

The suspect, Qi Xingsheng, allegedly killed three people on Jan. 9 at a residential building in south Beijing's Fengtai District.

Born on Sept. 10, 1985, he is 1.7 meters tall and has a round face and crew cut. The MPS also posted Qi's picture on its website. His ID number is 371402198509106410.

Qi's right hand was injured when he allegedly committed the murder, according to police. A reward of 10,000 yuan has been offered for information leading to his arrest.
