An exposition showcasing the achievements in information technology of the Chinese mainland and Taiwan will be held from Nov. 22 to 25 in Fuzhou, capital of Fujian province, east China.
The expo, to be held at Fuzhou International Exhibition Center, will feature technology and products for e-business and the Internet, telecommunications, software, integrated circuits, photo electronics, computers, radio and television, and e-government.
There are 800 standard booths with a floor space of 20,000 sq.m. for the expo. So far booths covering about 12,000 square meters have been booked by companies across from both sides of the Taiwan Strait.
On the sidelines, a series of seminars and activities will be held, including a seminar on information technology to be attended by 100 enterprises.
Participants include such sectors as finance, securities, insurance, commerce, logistics and education.
About 10 provincial areas have promised to send delegations to the expo, including Beijing, Shanghai and Shandong province.
