According to the information released by the Ministry of Education at a recent working conference on the management of school roll and academic records, beginning from September this year, an electronic registration system will be introduced nationwide for all kinds of higher education academic certificates.
After the institution of the electronic registration system, the Ministry of Education will not accept any unregistered academic certificate issued as of 2001. And all registered academic certificates will be put on files for online consultation by the public.
The higher education academic certificates include diplomas and certificates upon one's completion of study courses., with the certificate number being taken as the registration number.
