Suspect of Murder Tracked Down

On the morning of March 23, Jin Ruchao, the fleeing criminal supsect of the Shijianzhuang murder, was tracked down in Beihai, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. Further investigation is still under way.
Jin, a resident of the Building No. 16, allegedly absconded after killing a woman, Wei Zhihua, on March 9 in Maguan County of southwest China’s Yunan Province.
The Ministry of Public Security has issued a “wanted” circular for him, saying that “he is also involved in other crimes,” but it does not implicate him in the explosions.
