Vice-Chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) Wan Guoquan met in Beijing Tuesday with visiting Cambodian Senate President Chea Sim, exchanging views on issues of common concern.

After the meeting, they attended a signing ceremony of an exchange of notes on an offer of general materials worth 500,000 yuan (US$60,000) to the Cambodian Senate by the CPPCC National Committee.

The Secretary-General of the CPPCC National Committee Zheng Wantong and Secretary-General of the Cambodian Senate Oum Sarith signed on the exchange of notes.

Chea Sim arrived in Beijing Monday on a four-day visit as a guest of CPPCC National Committee Chairman Li Ruihuan.
