Cai Wu, deputy head of the International Department of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, left Beijing Sunday for Nepal to attend the 10th national meeting of the Nepali Congress Party.Cai is at the invitation of the Nepali Congress Party, the ruling party in Nepal.
