Jointly sponsored by the Hulun Buir league government and the Zhuoda Corporation Group in north China's Hebei Province, the three-day festival will attract thousands of domestic and overseas tourists.

Visitors will take part in diversified tourism and cultural programs featuring the landscape of ice and snow, grassland as well as traditional culture of the Mongolian ethnic group.

Zhuoda Group, the largest private enterprise in Hebei, will invest 500 million yuan in the next few years to develop grassland tourism projects in Inner Mongolia, including an 420-ha international exhibition center, a children's entertainment park, a golf club and an aviation-related recreational center.
