Hunan to Build China's First Citrus Museum

The first citrus museum in China is to open to the public in Shimen county, central China's Hunan Province, this October during China’s first citrus festival.

The museum will exhibit more than 1,000 species of citrus trees, and brief visitors on the citrus trees planting history and the current development trends of citrus planting at home and abroad.

Shimen county , known as the hometown of citrus, will hold China's citrus festival in mid-October, which will be attended by the people involved in citrus plantation from 11 countries.
