A blast believed to be a suicide bombing rocked Kabul on Tuesday leaving dozens of people dead and injured, an official said.
"The blast believed to be a suicide bombing happened in a shrine in Murad Khani area where hundreds of mourners were observing Ashura," the official said, but declined to give his name, adding that the authorized officials would brief the media.
Meantime, an eye witness who introduced himself Karam Ali said that more than 30 people were killed and several others were injured.
