A surveillance video was released Wednesday, when a young girl in the US narrowly avoided death in a car accident.

A car crashed into a wall, only inches from the girl as she walked on the sidewalk.

Six-year-old Yasmin Frausto was spotted in the video when the car crashed into the building as she was walking with her family. The girl managed to run back as the car was racing towards her.

Her father called Yasmin's escape a "miracle." Local television reports the accident took place Saturday night when the driver backed into a truck and then into the wall.
