The US Coast Guard is leading the search for survivors from an overloaded sailboat that capsized and sank near the Turks and Caicos Islands. About 70 Haitians are believed to be missing.

Rescuers have pulled 113 survivors from reefs and 11 bodies have been recovered. The Coast Guard estimates two-hundred people were on the boat when it capsized.
