China's synchronized swimming team has hit the pool and has begun training for the upcoming world championships in Rome.This is the first time team China has undertaken intensive training following the National championships which were held this April. Team China was the bronze medalist in the team synchronized swimming competition on the Beijing Games.
The Jiang twin sisters, are also taking part in the training. Jiang Tingting and Jiang Wenwen were the first synchronized pairs team from China to take part in the World Championships.
Now the sisters are taking aim at the Championships in Rome which will start on the 17th of July.
Jiang Tingting said:"We have our own advantage, which is, we have a good sense on dancing. We like challenging things. Our coach said we have great potential and she has seen us getting better every single day."
