Alan Joseph, the president of a multinational company based in the US, devoted himself into the poverty relief program in China since 1997.
He visited and interviewed the poor students and families in three Chinese provinces including Gansu, Ningxia and Guangxi, and did a comprehensive research on the 549 extremely poor counties in China during 1997-2004.
Since then, he started to aid the children financially for their education. By far, he has in total aided more than 250 students and families, and he plans give more help in the future.
