3. Qingdao Zhongshan Park

Best time to view: April 10 to 25

Zhongshan Park in China's coastal city of Qingdao in Shandong Province is considered to have more than 20,000 trees with cherry blossoms. The cherry blossom festival lasts from April 10th to 25th. A 660-meter path in the park is lined with cherry trees on both sides, and walking it is like walking in a fairyland.

Other highlights: along with the thousands of cherry trees, many other flowers also reach their full glory at that time. Get some seafood, go around the city or make a one-day tour to Mt. Lao to enjoy this lovely coastal city.
