Braga won 1-0 over Benfica in a tense second leg of the Europa League semifinal on Thursday, setting up the final clash against another Portuguese team Porto in Dublin on May 18.
It will be the first time in history that two Portuguese teams face each others in a UEFA final.
Benfica had won 2-1 at home in the first leg and Braga went advancing due to the out goal after Thursday's return match.
The sole goal came in the 18th minute. After a corner kick, Custodio striked a winning header.
Benfica tried to get the equalizer but a shot in the post by Saviola and a miracle save over the line by Braga defender Paulao on a header by Jardel maintained the score in favor of the home side.
It was the fourth time the two teams played this season. In the last two years, Benfica lost all games in Braga's home stadium.
