Dutch midfielder Wesley Sneijder was picked as the Man of the Match in the World Cup semifinal in Cape Town, where the Netherlands beat Uruguay 3-2 on Tuesday.

Sneijder broke the 1-1 deadlock in the 70th minute when he collected the ball inside the penalty area, cut inside and unleashed a low shot which deflected into the bottom corner.
