After successfully hosting the FIVB World Grand Prix final round for the first time three years ago, the Chinese port city of Ningbo is gearing up for the return of the top-level women's volleyball tournament from August 25-29.
The Top five sides from the preliminary rounds will join hosts China in the round-robin finals, to be played at the Beilun Sports and Arts Center, to determine the 2010 World Grand Prix champions.
The local organizing committee for the 2010 FIVB World Grand Prix Final Round has been established with reports that the preparations are going smoothly. Tickets sales will officially open from July 20 with the media registration due to begin in May.
All 15 matches of the FIVB World Grand Prix Final Round will be played in the Beilun Sports and Arts Center, which has been hosting FIVB World Grand Prix events every year since 2005.
The 2010 FIVB Grand Prix runs from August 6-29 with the three preliminary rounds taking place in eight countries and regions.
