NBA All-Stars Paul Pierce of the Celtics and Chauncey Billups of the Nuggets will compete in the three-point game of the NBA All-Star weekend.
Defending champion Daequan Cook of the Heat, Warriors rookie Stephen Curry, the Knicks' Danilo Gallinari and Suns center Channing Frye were also selected on Friday for the contest.
Cook scored 19 points in an overtime round to beat Orlando's Rashard Lewis last year.
The contest will be part of the All-Star events next weekend in Dallas, where the first three-point contest in 1986 was won by Hall of Famer Larry Bird.
The All-Star game itself, on Sunday, February 14, will be held at Cowboys Stadium.
