Computer wizards say they have used cutting-edge technology to create a clever website that gives direct answers to direct questions, the Daily Mail reports. Trueknowledge.com is being billed as an Internet "answer engine."

Co-founder William Pedoe says the website can answer "trillions" of questions. "It doesn't give you references to articles mentioning the words in the question," Pedoe said. "It gives you the answer. Ask it when Bob Dylan's birthday is and it will simply tell you. And if it doesn't know the answer it will say it doesn't know.        合伙创立者威廉·佩多说：“这个网站可以回答几万亿个问题。它不会针对问题里的字眼给出多篇文章让你参考，它直接给你答案。如果你问它鲍勃·迪伦的生日是哪天，它会直接告诉你。如果它不知道答案，它会直接说它不知道。它虽然不是无所不知，但随着我们录入信息的增多，它会知道得越来越多。”
