South China's Hainan Province is going to open air routes to Malaysia's Kuala Lumpur and Singapore in the second half year.
According to the Hainan airline authority, weekly flights to Kuala Lumpur will begin operation on August 7.
The Singapore Airlines will open air routes to Hainan or to other Chinese cities via the province by the end of the year and the Hainan Airlines will run an air route to Singapore as well. Both have not given exact timetables.
Hainan has partly opened operation on international air routes for about a year and has opened and resumed 19 airlines to other countries and regions so far.
