China's First Visual Woman to Be Born in March
China expects to give birth to its first visual woman in March, Popular Science and Technology News has reported.

The First Medical University of the Chinese People's Liberation Army (PLA) and the Central China University of Science and Technology are working on creating the visual woman.

This project constitutes part of China's high technology research development plan commonly-known as the "863 Program" nationwide.

Chinese scientists will complete databank compilation on the body structure, including blood vessels and nerve systems, of the 19-year-old visual woman in March.

A similar creation of a visual man is expected to be completed by the end of this year, said Zhong Shizhen, an academician at the PLA First Medical University.

As a new product in the fields of life and information science, visual humans would play a prominent role in the spheres of medicine, national defense, space flight, sports, film and automobile-making.
