Chinese Government Hands Financial Aid to Bali Victims
The Chinese Embassy Thursday handed over an emergency aid of US$100,000 to the Indonesian government for the treatment and cure of victims and dealing with the aftermath of the Bali explosion.

Chinese Ambassador to Indonesia Lu Shumin said that his government and the Chinese people strongly condemn the Oct. 12 bombing which caused deaths and injuries of hundreds of innocent people, describing it as "a barbaric crime."

Lu Shumin also conveyed the Chinese government's firm support for Indonesia in its efforts of fighting against terrorism and rebuilding homeland.
