A photo exhibition featuring the friendship between Chinese and African peoples are on display at the National Museum of Tanzania.
Co-organized by the Tanzanian Ministry of Education and Culture and the Chinese Embassy in Dar es Salaam, the weeklong exhibition demonstrates various aspects of China as well as the time-valued friendship and cooperation between China and the African continent.
Chinese Ambassador to Tanzania Yu Qingtai said that the exhibition is aimed at continually promoting the mutual understanding between the Chinese and the Tanzanians.
Tanzanian Minister of Education and Culture Joseph Mungai said that China sets an example for Tanzania and the rest of the developing world in social-economic development.
The minister said the Tanzanians are aware of China's contribution to Tanzania's development and they are expecting the bilateral cooperation to cover more fields.
