Weihe River Valleys to Expect More Rain in Next 10 Days


The flooding Weihe River and Huaihe River valleys can expect more rainfall in the coming 10 days, according to a forecast released by the Central Meteorological Station on Thursday.

 

Meanwhile, north and northeast China, the eastern part of southwest China, the Hanshui River Valleys and south China will also experience rains during the 10 days. It will be clear and hot in the same period in the most regions in east China.

 

Until 8:00 a.m. Friday, heavy rains or downpours will hit north China's Shanxi and Hebei provinces, northeast China's Liaoning province, east China's Shandong Province and the southern part of south China's Guangdong Province.

 

The valleys of the Weihe, Huaihe and Hanshui rivers will have drizzle and moderate rain from Sept. 7 to 10, with some regions experiencing downpours.

 

The northern part of the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River and southwest and south China will also experience rain from Sept. 11 to 13.
