China's State Council announced in Beijing Tuesday that it has designated Sun Wensheng, Minister of Land and Resources, as State Superintendent General of Land.
Xu Kuangdi, incumbent president of the Chinese Academy of Engineering (CAE), was elected to a second four-year term on Thursday at a CAE members conference. The CAE has 701 academicians and foreign associates.
