Survey: 40% of Migrant Laborers Work Overtime
About 40 percent of migrant laborers in Chinese cities work more than eight hours a day and 47 percent work seven days a week. These laborers earn an average of 966 yuan (US$120) per month in cities, much more than the average for farmers, but still very low compared to urban residents, according to the latest nationwide survey conducted by the National Bureau of Statistics.
56 Nursery Kids Suffer High Fever, Diarrhea in Jiangxi
