CBRC cancels debt for quake victims
China's Banking Regulator has ordered banks and financial institutions to write off all outstanding debts incurred because of the earthquake that tore through Sichuan close to 2 weeks ago.
Domestic supplies on the way to quake zone
All across the country, manufacturers are working round the clock to produce urgently needed supplies for the quake zone. Six provinces including Zhejiang, Hubei, Guangdong, Shandong, Jiangsu and Henan are to offer direct supplies to specific cities in the quake-hit areas.
