A new online report says the Friedrich Naumann Foundation is behind anti-China protests over Tibet during the Beijing Olympics.
German foundation linked to anti-China protests
The report by independent journalists says the German foundation is largely financed by some governments and its headquarters are in Washington. According to the report, the foundation held a conference last May in Brussels to organize worldwide protests and coordinated its plans with the so-called Dalai Lama government in exile.
An official with the foundation has said that the Olympic Games are an excellent opportunity to publicly promote the cause of the Tibet Movement. The report is at www.german-foreign-policy.com.
