March 31: All the main suspects in the four major arson cases during the Lhasa riots, which burnt 12 people to death, have all been arrested, local police said on Sunday. The channels for dialogue between the Chinese government and Dalai Lama is always open, said Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao.
