Dollar trades around 99 yen line

The US dollar traded around the 99 yen line early Wednesday in Tokyo, little changed from its levels overnight in New York.

At 9 a.m., the dollar was quoted at 98.99-99.02 yen compared with 98.93-99.03 yen in New York and 99.63-64 yen in Tokyo at 5 p. m. Tuesday.

The euro traded at 1.3265-3270 dollars and 131.33-36 yen against 1.3255-3265 dollars and 131.20-30 yen in New York and 1. 3288-3290 dollars and 132.39-43 yen in Tokyo late Tuesday.
