"Arresting Gaddafi is matter of time", said Prosecutor Moreno-Ocampo.

An INTERPOL Red Notice seeks the provisional arrest of Gaddafi with a view to extradition or surrender to an international court based on an arrest warrant or court decision.

The Prosecutor has also requested Red Notices for the arrest of Gaddafi's son Saif Al-Islam Gaddafi and his intelligence chief Abdullah Al-Senussi.

The Office continues its investigation in Libya. "These are crimes which will not be ignored by the international community," said the Prosecutor.
