Libyan rebels recaptured on Sunday the major oil exporting terminal of Ras Lanuf and the town of Bin Jawad, 525 km east of the capital Tripoli, pan-Arab Al-Jazeera TV reported.

The fall of the towns came after rebels have touted the government forces in the cities of Uqalya, Ajdabiya and Brega in east Libya.
Ras Lanuf and Brega make up the lion's share of Libya's 1.5 million barrels of daily oil exports, which have been radically affected by the uprising that began on Feb. 15 in Libya.
