An earthquake measuring 5.9 on the Richter scale jolted Amurskaya Oblast, Russia, at 06:10:15 GMT on Friday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 13.80 km, was initially determined to be at 54.1386 degrees north latitude and 123.7517 degrees east longitude.
