Afghan President Hamid Karzai embraces a child suicide bomber during a ceremony to mark the release of 20 child bombers at presidential palace in Kabul, Aug. 24, 2011. On the eve of Muslims' big festival -- Eid-ul-Fiter -- which marks the end of Ramadan or Muslim fasting month, President Karzai ordered the authorities to release all 20 child bombers and let them join their families all over Afghanistan.
