Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono said on Wednesday that two Indonesian volunteers for humanitarian aids to Palestine have suffered serious injury after the Israeli troops attacked them on a ship last Monday.

Ten Indonesian volunteers have been deported along with dozens volunteers from other countries, but the two injured are still in Israel and would be evacuated soon to Jordan, President Yudhoyono said.

"Two people (Indonesians) are still being treated in a hospital in Israel. One was shot at his foot and hand and another was shot at his chest," President Yudhoyono told a press conference.
