The latest wave of volcanic ash from Iceland has forced airports in Ireland to be closed from Sunday to Monday morning.
The Irish Aviation Authority said on Sunday afternoon that it has been forced to restrict flights in and out of Ireland until at least 9 a.m. local time on Monday.
It said the airport of Dublin is to be closed from 7 p.m. local time Sunday until at least 9 am Monday, and some other airports as Donegal and Sligo are to be closed until noon of Monday.
Airspace across Europe was almost completely shut down for around a week last month after the Eyjafjallajokull volcano in Iceland erupted and threw up an ash cloud over most of the Europe.
