Accord reached on Greece's budget deficit crisis: Barroso

An accord concerning the crisis of Greece's budget deficit has been reached, President of the European Commission Jose Barroso said in Brussels on Thursday.

"There is an accord, the presidency will announce it," Barroso told reporters before an informal summit of the European Union (EU).
