Zimbabwe's Prime Minister Morgan Tsvangirai said Friday his party is disengaging from the coalition government.
Tsvangirai, leader of the Movement for Democratic Change MDC, said his party was not quitting the unity government, but it would not engage with the ruling ZANU-PF party of President Robert Mugabe's.
The MDC leader threatened to boycott cabinet meetings in protest against a court order to jail the party's senior official Roy Bennett pending a trial.
