Fans of Whitney Houston are in for a treat! The Grammy Museum has unveiled an exhibition featuring her gowns, costumes, rare photos and other personal items in Los Angeles.
Celebrating the musical legacy of a super star...
The exhibit features items like the singer's iconic gowns, Grammy awards, film scripts, modeling shots and personal memorabilia.
Highlights include a beaded gown that Houston wore at the 1994 Grammys - where she won three awards including Album of the Year. We can also see outfits from various tours, concert posters and more.
Pat Houston, Whitney Houston's Sister-in-Law, said, "We think that in the end we have picked these things that people will find the most interesting, in many cases bring back fond memories. You will also get to see things that you have never seen before."
Pat Houston was joined by the singer's brother Gary and sister-in-law Donna, who worked with the Grammy Museum in Los Angeles to curate the exhibition.

Over the course of a 30-year career, Whitney Houston established herself as one of the most-admired and influential singers of her time. Houston's soaring voice lifted her to the top of the pop music world, with six Grammys, 30 Billboard awards and 22 American Music Awards.
Narada Michael Walden, Producer, Songwriter, said, "This exhibition, it's all a very beautiful thing that happened because the fans asked for it. And I'm so happy to be a part of it because it keeps alive her legacy, which is so enormous. You've got to understand that Whitney Houston is probably one of the biggest female singers on our planet."
Whitney Houston died last February at 48. She drowned accidentally in a hotel bathtub in Beverly Hills stemming from what authorities say was heart disease and the effects of cocaine.
The exhibition will run until February 2013.
