Queen Elizabeth the second has met with Irish Prime Minister Enda Kenny in Dublin, as she continues her visit to the country. She also attended wreath-laying ceremonies at the National War Memorial Garden, the Islandbridge War Garden, and visited the Croke Park sports stadium.
Irish President Mary McAleese accompanied the Queen to the war memorial. The Queen also visited the Guinness Storehouse to watch a pint of the famous black stout poured by a master brewer. Her Croke Park visit commemorated the 1920 "Bloody Sunday" massacre, when British forces opened fire on a crowd killing 14 people.
On Wednesday evening, the Queen attends a banquet at Dublin Castle. There she delivers a speech to more than 160 guests in the same room where Queen Victoria once dined.
