Premier Wen Jiabao has met with visiting Pakistani Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani in Beijing. The two leaders reaffirmed the two countries will maintain an all-weather friendship.

Wen held talks with Gilani at the Great Hall of the People in Beijing Wednesday afternoon.

During the talk, Wen highlighted the great sacrifice and contribution Pakistan has made in fighting terrorism. He added China will kick start new commercial cooperation with Pakistan and set up a cooperative system emphasizing energy, infrastructure construction and agriculture.

For his part, Gilani said China is the most trustworthy and all-weather strategic friend. Pakistan will commit itself in promoting strategic and cooperative relationship with China. Pakistan will always stick to one China Policy and support China's stand in issues concerning Taiwan, Tibet and Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.
