Intenational Rescuer squads continue pouring into Japan, to help with relief operations, as well as search for survivors.

Search and rescue teams from around the world arrive in Japan.

This team of sixty from Germany are waiting to head up to the tsunami hit areas in the north.

Relaxed for the moment, they know an enormous task awaits.

With them, several sniffer dogs -- crucial team members in the search for survivors still buried in the rubble.

But, the clock is ticking. With so much damage caused by the earthquake and the tsunami, the window of opportunity is closing.

In Tokyo's downtown Shinjuku District, usually one of the most vibrant parts of the city, few were venturing out onto the streets.
