Flights in the UK are slowly returning to normal, following the heavy snowfall that has blighted the country over the last week. But the fallout from the chaos lingers on.
Heathrow, Europe's busiest airport, has been criticized for its inability to cope with the recent bout of snow.
The British Airports authority say the chaos is a result of a lack of spare capacity and unusually harsh weather.
Colin Matthews, Chief Executive, BAA, said, "Well, it's unacceptable that passengers can't get where they want to be, of course it is. And we need to fix that. We've had a crisis here - I'm responsible, so I've decided not to take my bonus. But I want us and the media reporting actually, to be focussed on getting passengers where they want to be."
